North West Growth Centre
The North West Growth Centre is within the boundaries of three local government areas - The Hills, Blacktown and Hawkesbury.
The Growth Centre, comprising 16 Precincts, is approximately 10,000 hectares and will contain about 70,000 new dwellings for 200,000 people.
Precincts will be released for Precinct Planning progressively. The interactive map below shows approximate population forecasts, dwelling numbers and other uses for the Precincts which are not yet released (these details will be confirmed during Precinct Planning). The map can also be used to obtain detailed information on the Precincts which have been released - just click through for more information.
